The Support Coach is a performance psychology consultancy offering practical, person-centred support to help people thrive in high-pressure environments. I work with individuals and teams across sport, performance, and business—supporting them to strengthen mindset, protect well-being, and grow through challenge.
With experience working with Olympic athletes and organisations such as London City Lionesses, Arsenal Women's Academy, England Netball, and England Hockey, I understand the real pressures behind high performance. Whether you're aiming to deliver your best or simply need space to figure things out, I'm here for the human behind the performance.
